International Yoga Day Celebrations 2025-26

“Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self.” – Bhagavad Gita

 Vagdevi Vilas School, Whitefield,  celebrated 11th International Yoga Day in the school premises with great enthusiasm on Saturday, 21st June 2025.

Grade 9 students had a class assembly with the same theme highlighting the yogic diet.

Students and teachers actively participated in a guided yoga session featuring asanas, breathing exercises, and meditation. The event highlighted the importance of yoga in promoting physical and mental well-being, encouraging everyone to embrace a healthy and mindful lifestyle.
