Investiture Ceremony 2025-26

“Great leaders don’t set out to be a leader… they set out to make a difference.”

Vagdevi Vilas School, Whitefield, celebrated its Investiture Ceremony on Tuesday, 08th July 2025, with pride and honour, officially appointing the student council for the academic year 2025-26. The event was graced by our esteemed Chairman Shri K Harish and respected Administrator Shri Pramod Bhat, who inspired the young leaders with their presence and encouraging words.

The event commenced with a soulful invocation song, that set an inspiring tone for the occasion. The highlight of the ceremony was the march past of the students from four houses – Agni (Fire), Aakash (Sky), Bhoomi (Earth), and Vayu (Air), where the newly elected leaders proudly marched in perfect synchrony, reflecting discipline and unity. This was followed by the oath-taking, where student leaders pledged to uphold the school’s values with sincerity and commitment.

The Principal, Smt. Dimple Jana, in her inspiring speech, reminded the students that true leadership is not about authority, but about responsibility, humility, and leading by example. The House Mistresses also played a vital role in preparing and mentoring the leaders. Their words of encouragement and constant support strengthened the confidence of each house and helped bring out the best in every student representative.

The ceremony included an energetic dance performance & concluded on a high note, instilling a renewed sense of purpose, pride, and leadership in every heart present.
